“He was amazingly helpful. My phone was broken. I showed up at 7pm when his store was closing and yet he stayed for over and hour to get me setup with a new phone.”

“What a wonderful visit today at the Kingwood T-Mobile store. My cell's battery had fried, so Kaydon helped me select a replacement phone. She did an outstanding job getting my old phone's image transferred over to my new Samsung S26. She was very pleasant to chat with during the transfer process which seemed to make the wait time pass quickly. Kaydon was very patient with my lack of tech knowledge and helped me look through my data and other settings to help make sure it transferred properly. Awesome job Kaydon!!! Thank you!!!”

“Called for a New 3DS XL microphone replacement, slightly skeptical I would be unable to find anyone to work on it. Without hesitation I was told to bring it on in. They did a free diagnosis within a couple hours. After confirming the microphone had to be replaced, they gave me the option to pick it back up until the part came in or just leave it with them. The repair was super quick and cheap (really just had to wait for them to receive the microphone which probably took a day or two longer than usual as I dropped it off right before thanksgiving.) They were also incredibly careful with my device, which is very important to me. I definitely reccomend Buzzingo to anyone who needs some tech repaired!”

“Ramon fixed two problems quickly in a very short time. Added a package that we decided to purchase and went over our monthly bill. We feel like we received the best customer service we could have ever received. Discussed future options and left the store as happy and loyal customers. We are glad we’re with Verizon”

“Hashika's professionalism and customer service was top tier. She even took my number down to call me when internet service is available in my area. I don't know if she is a manager but if not you should definitely think about it. Or a raise because she deserves it and the company should be honored to have her. I always get super anxious going out but sometimes you want to know everything about what you are buying and you need a person to explain that and help you decide what's best for you and ms Hashika did just that for me all while calming my anxiety.”
