T-Mobile should be grateful to have her as an employee.”

Cracked jokes with my Dad and I while we waited for our phone and got us all fixed up in 15-30 minutes maybe. Very fast, courteous and funny. He's skilled in customer service and definitely a employee to keep around. He was also able to get my Dad to change his plan, which is a difficult task usually.”
“Called for a New 3DS XL microphone replacement, slightly skeptical I would be unable to find anyone to work on it. Without hesitation I was told to bring it on in. They did a free diagnosis within a couple hours. After confirming the microphone had to be replaced, they gave me the option to pick it back up until the part came in or just leave it with them. The repair was super quick and cheap (really just had to wait for them to receive the microphone which probably took a day or two longer than usual as I dropped it off right before thanksgiving.) They were also incredibly careful with my device, which is very important to me. I definitely reccomend Buzzingo to anyone who needs some tech repaired!”

“Harmeet was very curtious and efficient. Very focused on making the customer happy. I came in with a problem with an older phone. Left with a new one. He needed to help us set up a couple times with the new phone however was very patient and kind. Explained all information twice. I was hard of hearing due to injury to my ears. Harmeet was most kind to talk with my husband what I couldn't hear. Very good service. Will re-visit the Kingwood location again.”
