“I had an AMAZING experience with the pharmacy. The week after thanksgiving I was helping my parents switch their prescriptions over to this Walgreens. On top of being short staffed they were encountering problems with my parents insurance prescription number. That evening I received a personal call from the pharmacist explaining the problem, how he was going to fix it, and how he was going to assist my parents with their prescriptions in the interim. He followed up several times to keep me up to date. It’s been along time since service has been at the level I received from this specific pharmacist (male) - the world is short staffed and patience and respect is almost non-existent from customers today. I regret it took me this long to acknowledge my experience. We’ll done!!”

“I use this store to get lot all of my daily groceries. It reminds me of a small town grocer where each employee is willing to help me with anything I need. I know the cashiers, stockers, front greeter and the sweet lady that brings my order to my car (due to my leg injury). Everyone is super friendly and MANY have worked with this store since it was built back in the 90s.That kind of tells you how the business is run.They don't always have what I'm looking for but they have everything I NEED.”

We used to go to the Kingwood Dr location but the pharmacy went downhill really fast after they forced Sarah (the pharmacist) out, so we switched to the Northpark location. Everyone is on top of things, knows how to actually fill prescriptions, and always so polite and friendly. We are so happy we switched to this location on Northpark!!!”

“CVS Pharmacy #7422 has 3 outstanding employees working there: Ken Comeaux, the pharmacy (prescription part) manager is super friendly and totally cares about you and your prescription needs. I don’t care where else you go to fill prescriptions, no one can touch Ken for quality, courtesy, and caring. The world needs more people like Ken in it! Trena Wacker works in the prescription area and she is so knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous even when confronted with irritable customers. So, when you have prescription needs, hopefully you will get Trena to help you! Jan Van Dyke isn’t up front every day, but when she is, wow, you are in for a treat of outstanding customer service. So, when your needs are not prescriptions, and Jan is working the front register, you can rely on her for fantastic service. These three folks make going to CVS a joy.”

“While being down with Covid I was unable to drive to pick up my prescriptions @ the Walgreens at KW/WLH. The pharmacist Sarah took pity on me and delivered my meds after she got off work at 9pm. I can not thank Sarah enough for her help in getting me my meds.i have never heard of a pharmacist doing that for a customer but Sarah did. She went out of her way to make sure I had my medication before she went home. Thank you Sarah for going the extra mile to take care of a customer.?”
