“I never paid attention to the ratings stars here until today. This place became a part of my family during covid and when my husband got sick. They the entire team Matthew, Heather the pharmacy staff, everyone's been so wonderful and so kind. I'm always greeted when I walk in and everyone is super helpful. On our worst days, not a single one of the staff members ever rolled their eyes at me. Never got annoyed with me or my husband before he got extremely sick. I'm grateful for the staff here and for this Walgreens team. They showed empathy and patience. And I am forever grateful.”

“Great associates (except one young girl at checkout who acted like she didn't want to be there or to be bothered by customers). Clean, well maintained store. Mostly in-stock items, minimal exceptions. No expired products on shelves. Great selection for small store in all departments including make-up, nails, OTC drug, food. Excellent couponing program saves you money. Definitely will continue shopping this location in Kingwood!”

“I have been to this location a few times. I have always had an amazing experience. Easy to schedule appointment online. All staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Yesterday (01/10/25) was able to make appointment quick and had any lab/test results by the next morning before 8 am! (Saturday). Had the pleaser of having Crystal, NP. She was patient and friendly. She made me feel as if I knew her forever and had no problem talking to her about any issue.”

“This location seems dimly lit, making the store seem dark and depressing.
Produce choices are a hit or miss in quality and quantity.
The meat department offers very few choices in quantity of each item and in choices of cuts of meat.
The soda isle never has 12 oz canned Diet Sprite.
On the plus side there are several friendly helpful employees.
This location is decent for a quick need but not for completing a weekly grocery list.”
