“I had a great experience at the DXL in Humble thanks to Zach. I came in just 10 minutes before closing, and even though it was the end of the day, he never made me feel rushed. He took the time to help me find the right dress shirts and sizes, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
I also left several shirts from the fitting room that needed to be folded back up, and Zach gladly took care of everything without hesitation. “A special thank you to my fairy godmother Bonnie! Amazon lost my order 2 weeks before the Renaissance Festival, so I stopped by on my way to the fair for some black leather flats.
We discussed my concerns about swelling and heel slipping. She had me on my way in my new slippers with heel guards in less than 20 minutes as she knew I was eager to get to fair.
As for my glowing recommendation of the shoes…keep in mind first day of wear…13.5 miles later of walking and dancing on rocky uneven terrain in heat, humidity, and salty foods…no blisters, no pinch points, no foot pain at all!

I came in needing help putting together an outfit for a special event this weekend, and Brenda completely took care of me from start to finish. She didn’t just point me in a direction—she really took the time to understand what I was looking for, the style I wanted, and how I wanted everything to come together.
She helped me build the entire outfit piece by piece—the boots, the shirt, the belt, and the coat—and every detail was perfect. You can tell she knows what she’s doing because everything matched, fit right, and gave me exactly the look I was going for. “Shout out to cashier at shoe carnival i ordered likes throughout mail & they were too tight on my feet . I could not wear them nike shoe . So she let me exchange them for some sketchers & wow this sketchers are totally different from the previous sketchers were garbage . This are really nice & comfortable. Wow I am glad I found an actual sketchers shoe that's well made and price is good . Thank you cashier at Shoe Carnival in Humble TX. Amazing find who knew this new sketchers for men are aright for me..I didn't like sketchers they were used to be made cheaply but now this new ones are worth i get it. This Humble location is the most organized Academy I've been to, with everything being easy to locate. The restroom was also clean and the store associates were helpful and nice. EXTREMELY HAPPY TO FIND THIS PLACE!?
The staff goes beyond what you normally find these days! Greeted me as I entered, let me browse for a few minutes and then helped me locate the shoe I wanted in the size I needed. I ended up going to 3 different locations because I could not wait for them to ship them to me, needed them for work quickly. At all locations I visited, the staff was friendly, patient and professional. I really missed Payless shoes but after finding Rack Room Shoes, I think I’ll be alright. ? I purchased about FOUR pair of boots for the price of ONE compared to other stores.
Huge selection of socks as well, it was really hard to decide on which ones to choose (it’s BOGO 1/2 off all the time)! I go through boots pretty often so we’ll have to see if these hold up. Nonetheless, so far they are comfortable and I can wear them at work or out on the town. Big Win-win-win!! ?”

I recently visited the JD Sports location at Deerbrook Mall and wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service I received.
The cashier who assisted me was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to show me how to redeem the reward points I had accumulated from online purchases—something I honestly had no clue how to do. Her manager also stepped in to help, and together they made the whole process easy and stress-free.
