“This wonderful Hail Repair shop could
not be easier to work with. They took care of everything making my job so easy. They brought me their business car when they picked mine up at my house. They took care of all of the insurance and rental car arrangements, met me at Enterprise to get their car when I picked up the rental car.
I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs. When the car was ready they brought it to my home, picked up the check from insurance and returned the rental car for me. Anything I needed to do, I did on line or by phone. Their work was amazing. The car looks brand new.”

They went above and beyond to repair our car in time for a road trip we are about to take. Chad at this location took our car in, checked it out, got the parts ordered and the repairs done in less than 4 days and the dealership told us it would take about a week just to get the parts. The cost was much lower than what the dealership quoted us. Our car looks brand new again and runs perfectly! “I've had a door ding on my driver's door for over a year and it's been bothering me since I got it. The ding was so deep it was into the paint right on the body line and I finally took it here to get the dent worked out and a little touch up paint and it looks fantastic. I thought it was a little pricey at first but you couldn't tell where the dent was even if I showed you where and gave you a magnifying glass. My car is finally pristine again. I can't thank these ladies and gentlemen enough. They gave me a quote pretty quick, started the work same day, and gave me a ride home. Excellent quality work and customer service.”

He educated me, helped me make an educated decision on which battery to purchase, changed my battery, tested the original battery to make sure that was the reason for my car issues, tested my alternator, and was friendly and kind the entire time. They took great care of my coach, as they accomplished each task, if they noticed anything that needed attention they'd let me know and we would discussed additional cost.

After experiencing no luck and terrible customer service at autozone Charles took the time understood my frustration and helped me find the correct break pads rotors and shoes. Also prevented me from buying the wrong A/C Freon “didn’t need the dye” for me to fix my a/c. I will now only go only to this O’reillys for any parts I need and will only recommend this store specifically for all my grease monkeys.”
