“I needed my 3 yr old male schnauzer, Ashar, groomed in the worst way!!! Not only did they take him same day but they saved his hair (was matted), even after telling me he would have to start over, and surprised me with a perfectly groomed schnauzer cut, for what she had to work with!! The staff was AWESOME and the facility was cute and very clean!! He has found a new home and we are so excited to have found them!! THANK YOU!!”

“We haven't had the pleasure of visiting the store, but Susie's Snack Shop had a table the K-9 Culture Dog Training facility where we purchased some Smoked Chicken Feet. These are my puppy's FAVORITE treat, and a great distractor! She follows me everywhere around the house, except when I give her one of these. It's all she can focus on, and I might as well not exist. We will definitely be coming back for more chicken feet, along with other snacks!”
“I had an issue with a same-day delivery order placed online, where the DoorDash driver only delivered part of my items. When I called the store, Kendall, the manager, was incredibly apologetic and offered multiple solutions to make things right. Since the delivery driver wasn't returning to the store to pick up the rest of my order, Kendall generously offered to deliver it himself. I was honestly surprised by the offer and felt it was above and beyond—but he insisted it was no trouble. He personally brought the rest of my order that same afternoon.
