“Just wanted to take a moment to shout out Spencer's Auto Repair in Krum. Had an oil leak from above the oil pan. Worried it may be the rear main seal but turned out to be the valve cover leaking. Their service advisor Jessica got me in first thing yesterday morning, greeted me with a huge smile, and had my name as well as several other customers' names on a standing chalkboard welcoming us to the shop. Nice touch. Their technician Jeremy diagnosed within an hour and texted me the issue as well as the details of a safety check they do to all vehicles. Parts were ordered and the repair complete by 4:00. Fair price as well. Jessica sent several text messages keeping me updated throughout the process. It was an amazing experience. I chose Spencer's as the business appeared in several posts on the Robson Newbies FB page...all with good reviews. I highly recommend trying them out for any auto repairs you may need.”
