“Wow--I'm so impressed with Carlos and the great job he did fixing my furnace. Due to the winter storm, dozens of companies didn't even respond to my calls. Carlos responded with a text right away and was able to get here as quickly as possible due to road conditions. He was able to locate the parts needed right away, and even though it was a more complex job than expected, he got it done and stood by his original estimate. After days without electricity with freezing temps, and then with a broken furnace once electricity was restored, I was desperate, and Carlos came to the rescue. I HIGHLY recommend this company.”

“I go to this location regularly. The guy who works there has always been genuinely friendly, nice and helpful. It’s nice and refreshing because there are some at other places who won’t greet you, say thank you or anything. I’ve had the best experience with Cricket!”
