“I go to this location regularly. The guy who works there has always been genuinely friendly, nice and helpful. It’s nice and refreshing because there are some at other places who won’t greet you, say thank you or anything. I’ve had the best experience with Cricket!”

“Great experience from start to finish. Kelly was friendly, helpful, and really took the time to explain my options without making me feel pressured. She helped me figure out what made the most sense for me and made the whole process quick and easy. It was honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had in a phone store. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and I left feeling confident about my purchase. Definitely recommend this location!”

“I placed an online order went into the store and picked up my phone. The only problem I had was when I paid for it online, my phone service went off on the phone I held my hand. Other than that , I was in and out with a new phone in less than ten minutes.”
