“I needed a new phone after falling and breaking mine. We were shopping in north Austin and decided to stop at a store, and she stayed that store doesn't sell the type of phone we needed. Packed up and went on with our business. Next store in South Austin, worker stated they were out of our type of phone. Finally we stopped at store in Kyle. They had a phone, but stated that we had insurance on the phone. We could use that for a $25 co-pays vs buying the new phone. She hooked us up, got the phone next day in mail, and even went back to store to get it turned on and loaded. Thanks to Alissa in Kyle. You are awesome!!”

“I signed up for T Mobile in Buda, TX on Old San Antonio Rd. I had a problem with my phone a few months later. When I went back to the Buda store I was told they couldn’t help me since I didn’t buy the phone there. (I had the phone before I joined T Mobile) I had another problem with my phone so I took it to T Mobile in Kyle in the Target shopping center. What a complete difference from Buda. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and within minutes I was waited on by Hugais Bashir. Not only did he fix my phone, but he had me laughing the whole time. It’s very difficult to imagine that both stores belong to T Mobile. I would like to suggest that the Buda store go to the Kyle store for a workshop in Customer Service.”

“I was in a frustrating situation as my phone SIM card locked. I walked in and was asked what could be done for me and I explained my situation. He patiently helped me fix my phone and only charged me for a new SIM card. He was very kind and made conversation while waiting for the phone call for more help. He fixed my phone and told me to have a good day. I came in with a frown and left with a big smile!!!”

“MY wife purchased a new phone and visited this store to have it programmed Elizabeth the tech was very pleasant and apologized for the wait ,she was talking care of another customer when it was our turn we explained we wanted the data from the old phone transferred to the new phone no problem Elizabeth replied and proceeded to download the data from the old and up load it into the new. as my Wife,s old phone was in better shape then mine i asked could she transfer the data from my phone into my Wife.s discarded one no problem she again replied, these tasks took about a hour all told and since we did not buy the phone from T Mobile but do have their service the cost was VERY reasonable highly recommend them for cost, and service is first class .”

“I showed up on a Monday around noon and didn't even get signed in before someone said they could help me. Dylan was great. He answered questions I had about my account, then got me up and running with new internet service, including hardware. This all took no longer than 15- 20 min. There were several other customers being kindly helped while I was there. The vibe was relaxed, and the whole experience was so much better than I was dreading after seeing all of the negative reviews. Personally, I thought this was a good store, and I especially appreciate Dylan and his assistance.”
