We thought we were going in to just buy a simple mattress, but Bill showed us what we were missing out on in a good night sleep!! Bill was very knowledgeable and answered every question I threw at him and he sold us on the Tempur-pedic brand!! . “We purchased a couch from North Carolina Direct three months ago and found a small defect in the fabric. We called the store and a technician was immediately sent to inspect. He noted the flaw and that section of the sofa was promptly replaced with a new one. Later we notice the fabric was frayed on two cushions. Again a tech was dispatched and confirmed that shouldn’t happen with normal use. Gary (the manager) contacted the manufacturer - who wasn’t very responsive so he told us we could come in to pick out another couch of our choice! Everyone we spoke to was considerate, helpful and pleasant from the sales people (Kim Williams and Joanna Martin) to the inspectors, delivery crew and Gary, who made the final call.If we buy any more furniture North Carolina Direct will be our first stop! They stand behind their products and have exceptional customer service!”

“Good and Honest furniture store. Not much in stock but they can order it.Financing is tricky high interest but pay it off in 90 days like he tells you.But he got me financed with horrible credit history. Bought a bedroom set and had it delivered.”
