“Huge shoutout and many thanks to Juanito who helped us make the decision to switch back to T-Mobile. We were hesitant for so many months because honestly, switching phone companies can be intimidating and sometimes expensive.
He laid out all our options and was so patient with our million questions! We should've switched a long time ago! Because Juanito was looking out for us, we were able to walk away with 4 brand new iPhone 17's, a cheaper family plan with better data and faster speeds, and best of all - peace of mind when we travel for vacations.
Can I give this guy 10 stars?! Give that man a raise. If you are thinking about switching, do it yesterday because we could not be happier with our decision.

“Customer service should get 5 stars, T-Mobile structure bumps it down to 4. Here's why, I needed to replace my phone went to Metro T-Mobile. Chelsie was very helpful explaining the different phones without pressuring me to purchase. I left to do some research and returned ready to buy the phone she had recommended and accessories (case and screen protector). Then, I mentioned I'm a T-Mobile customer and she explained that she can't make the sale as Metro is separate from T-Mobile!?? - losing the sale after she did all the work! I would need to go down the street a couple of blocks to the T-Mobile not Metro to make the purchase. Disappointed I went down the street to the T-Mobile store and they didn't have it stock (will review that experience separately)! When I asked about the relationship between Metro and T-Mobile they stated that T-Mobile is the Parent company of Metro who can only do "after purchase service..." Couldn't figure out what this meant, but suggested they fix this! I asked if they could coordinate the sale with Metro who had it in stock and got a hard no. (?) So, know this ahead of time, and plan accordingly. Chelsie is very customer focused, its too bad that the T-Mobile structure prevented her and the T-Mobile shop down the road from getting the sale.”

“Poor selection of groceries, especially produce, but this location meets expectations otherwise. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you’re visiting Galveston, do not expect a large store like your home location might be. Walmart on Seawall has better selection and pricing”
“This place has gotten me out of quite a few pinches at work. If work in the I&E world and need DC power supplies or circuit components from cable connectors to terminal blocks to push buttons, this place might have it on the shelf. Prices are sort of high, which I expect. I mean, it's not Amazon.”

From to buy a new phone and ran into nothing but trouble. The lady there was no help and just rude. She even lied to me. I left and went straight over to the Hitchcock store. I just needed to buy a new phone. Jorge took care of me and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was so helpful and so nice. Will forever be grateful and will continue to use that store from now on.”

“The Texas City store saved me. The Santa Fe store sent me out the door feeling unsure. They did not take the time to help me and wasnt very knowledgeable at all!! “Cesar was amazing today. I had been having some major problems with Simple Mobile on my previous phone. I went to switch my service to Metro PCS and encountered numerous obstacles that would have frustrated almost anyone. Cesar worked with me and my previous carrier to finally resolve the issues I had been having. He was patient and more helpful than he will ever know. “Just had an extremely awesome experience in the Bacliff Metro store. The two girls that were working were just wonderful. They both went above and beyond to help me. I want to give a shout-out to both of them. Ignacia and Barbie were the best employees I have ever encountered in any Metro store. I think they should both get promoted or at least both get raises... More money for being so helpful. I was actually dreading going in the store but I am leaving extremely happy because of these two ladies.”

“I have had amazing experiences with Elliot. He was super helpful, kind, and acknowledgeable. Anytime I go to this Best Buy I look for specifically him because he is the only one that seems to enjoy helping people. I was super confused on which charger I needed for my laptop since my old one was busted and Elliot didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing which one I needed. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and made sure I was taken care of. I really hope they give him a raise or at least some kudos. I have never had a better interaction at this location.”
