“Very knowledgeable staff, Alex and Connie both know their stuff, and Connie was super sweet, friendly and helpful. I haven't pawned an item before and she took the time to explain the whole process to me, and even taught me about how they test items to determine their value, so I understood I was getting a fair deal. Compared to the staff at the Galveston location, who told me my item was fake and Connie explaining exactly how they authenticated items, they were just amazing. In short, avoid the Galveston Broadway location, and go here, because they actually know what they're doing. And special thanks to you Connie, you're a sweetheart!!”

“I was in a rush and stopped in yesterday to find some baked goods for a party. The young lady Desiree was very helpful and found exactly what I needed she is attentive and has a great smile! I was searching for party plates as well, the employee by the makeup department looked clueless when I asked where the plates are located and she was not able to help. I stopped by the Starbucks area on my way out and was presented with samples that were delicious I stepped out of my comfort zone with my usual drink and got a grande size of the refresher.”

“Aurora Was amazing! She literally took time to go over a promotion for me to switch from T-Mobile to cricket. I had an old iPhone 11 and with this promotion I was able to get the iPhone 16E(3 to be exact) for an amazing deal. I had initially went to the location on el dorado but they were trying to charge me 3x more than what I was expecting with no real reason. I left immediately and came to the bacliff location. With this deal I went from $268 a month with T-Mobile to $110 a month with cricket. Extremely happy and satisfied with the process and switching over. Don’t hesitate to go if you’ve been thinking of it and ask for Aurora!”

“Cesar was amazing today. I had been having some major problems with Simple Mobile on my previous phone. I went to switch my service to Metro PCS and encountered numerous obstacles that would have frustrated almost anyone. Cesar worked with me and my previous carrier to finally resolve the issues I had been having. He was patient and more helpful than he will ever know. If you are looking for new service or to switch carrier, I strongly recommend this Metro PCS location. Ask for Cesar. Thank you Cesar.”

“Just had an extremely awesome experience in the Bacliff Metro store. The two girls that were working were just wonderful. They both went above and beyond to help me. I want to give a shout-out to both of them. Ignacia and Barbie were the best employees I have ever encountered in any Metro store. I think they should both get promoted or at least both get raises... More money for being so helpful. I was actually dreading going in the store but I am leaving extremely happy because of these two ladies.”

“I just left this location and I've been here all day with a extremely nice, professional employee Cristine. She tried to help me upgrade my phone for several hours, reaching out to everyone she needed to in her chain of command to help her with what seems to be a glitch in the system on our account. She was able to stay calm and not get frustrated when navigating said glitch. She is a great employee to have with cricket. Thankfully we were able to get upper management on the phone I believe his name is Cliff and he is escalating it to get the help we need 1st thing tomorrow morning. Cannot speak highly enough of Cristine. Thank you.”
