“I go here to pay for my disabled brother's service. The store is ALWAYS clean, and the employees are ALWAYS helpful and nice! They always offer savings that I may be interested in (I'm not), and they are just so helpful! Although I can't really sign my brother up for the discount programs they offer I really do appreciate them trying to help me save him some cash! I want to give a shout-out to both of them. Ignacia and Barbie were the best employees I have ever encountered in any Metro store. I think they should both get promoted or at least both get raises... “I went in having trouble with my Iphone 12 and miss Erica helped me get my Iphone back on and working. She showed me what to do the next time my screen goes black. I am not a current carrier with Metro by T-Mobile but I will be looking at switching over and going through miss Erica. She answered all my questions for when I get ready to switch over to Metro by T-Mobile and gave me all the right information to get things started and I will be going back to see miss Erica at the store. She is a nice kind lady and knows everything I was going to ask and didn't take anytime to answer my questions. If you need a phone or your phone fixed go see miss Erica.”

“My husband was having major issues with his voicemail when we visited the store. Andrea was the representative that greeted us, she was so patient, my husband was extremely irritated and frustrated and not a pleasant customer. Andrea never lost her cool, she was extremely knowledgeable and walked us thru several problems that needed attention. In a situation with a customer like my husband, I would have had him removed, but Andrea never wavered and was completely professional. I can’t say enough about what a top notch customer representative Andrea is.”
