She tried to help me upgrade my phone for several hours, reaching out to everyone she needed to in her chain of command to help her with what seems to be a glitch in the system on our account. She was able to stay calm and not get frustrated when navigating said glitch. She is a great employee to have with cricket. Thankfully we were able to get upper management on the phone I believe his name is Cliff and he is escalating it to get the help we need 1st thing tomorrow morning. A little more than a month later my washer decided to retire so I needed a new washer. I was assisted by the same person that worked to find me exactly what I wanted. “Cesar was amazing today. I had been having some major problems with Simple Mobile on my previous phone. I went to switch my service to Metro PCS and encountered numerous obstacles that would have frustrated almost anyone. Cesar worked with me and my previous carrier to finally resolve the issues I had been having. He was patient and more helpful than he will ever know.
