A little more than a month later my washer decided to retire so I needed a new washer. I was assisted by the same person that worked to find me exactly what I wanted. She even searched and had one picked up for me in Pearland at no extra charge. I have had nothing but great experiences with Aarons anytime I have been to one one. However this location is the best so far.

“I just left this location and I've been here all day with a extremely nice, professional employee Cristine. She tried to help me upgrade my phone for several hours, reaching out to everyone she needed to in her chain of command to help her with what seems to be a glitch in the system on our account. She was able to stay calm and not get frustrated when navigating said glitch. She is a great employee to have with cricket. Thankfully we were able to get upper management on the phone I believe his name is Cliff and he is escalating it to get the help we need 1st thing tomorrow morning. Cannot speak highly enough of Cristine. Thank you.”

“I was in a rush and stopped in yesterday to find some baked goods for a party. The young lady Desiree was very helpful and found exactly what I needed she is attentive and has a great smile! I was searching for party plates as well, the employee by the makeup department looked clueless when I asked where the plates are located and she was not able to help. I stopped by the Starbucks area on my way out and was presented with samples that were delicious I stepped out of my comfort zone with my usual drink and got a grande size of the refresher.”
