“I was recently in the store to get a detail worked out. Gisselle made one call, and then put me in touch with EXACTLY the right person to make everything right. I tried three times the day before to do this on the phone, without success.
While I was there, another customer came in and started yelling and spewing profanity. She handled herself very well. In the end, she ordered him out of the store.
