“Can’t stand TMobile because of past issues with main corporate administration and promises made that they failed to deliver on, or even follow up, or respond to, which was the the reason we switched, and for our visit today about our bill…We dealt with Frankie, and Frankie was great… helped us get our issues resolved, explained everything in great detail, and was willing to genuinely HELP us… a first for us dealing with TMobile..Frankie is the only reason for the 5 stars.. if TMobile wants to greatly improve their customer service, they need to immediately put Frankie in charge of training corporate administration/executives on how to handle customer service.. many thanks Frankie!!”
