“I recently purchased a new phone at this particular store. I must say that I was more than satisfied. Shawn, the employee there was so helpful and showed great concern for my needs. He was very helpful, informative, patient and considerate. He didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He assured that my new phone was working properly. I would recommend all of my friends to go and see him for their cell phone needs. To me Shawn would receive Employee of the year. Thanks Shawn for all of your help.”

“I recently had some fraudulent activity on my AT&T account. I was scared and had a lot of questions. Thank you Leyah for being extremely helpful and informative. Thank you Odalis for your patience and professionalism and stepping in for Carla. Thank you ladies for the help and comfort you provided me during a time when my account a potentially the security of my identity were in question. Unfortunately, Carla made me feel as though I was the one who committed the fraud. Carla, you didn't even look into my account. I would have given only 1 star if it had only been about our interaction. However, everyone is entitled to an off day. I'm sorry if it was me as well.”

“Can’t stand TMobile because of past issues with main corporate administration and promises made that they failed to deliver on, or even follow up, or respond to, which was the the reason we switched, and for our visit today about our bill…We dealt with Frankie, and Frankie was great… helped us get our issues resolved, explained everything in great detail, and was willing to genuinely HELP us… a first for us dealing with TMobile..Frankie is the only reason for the 5 stars.. if TMobile wants to greatly improve their customer service, they need to immediately put Frankie in charge of training corporate administration/executives on how to handle customer service.. many thanks Frankie!!”

“I ventured to target with my hubby wubby as it was date night and we needed groceries. i am fully aware that it is a bit unfortunate that we must spend our date nights doing chores but i love our family and i am willing to do whatever it takes to care for them. anyways i had a lot of fun shopping and the music was as my teenagers say pretty lit LOL. we had an easy time finding things needed but unfortunately i still haven't found intimate time with my husband. i sometimes long for his touch and affection but after 3 children he won't look at me the same. i feel like i just don't satisfy him anymore and our love is fading... anyways Target was amazing and everything was amazing just like the bedroom used to be for me and my hubby but now he never wants to do anything because he's tired or has to wake up early for work.. anyways Target was amazing highly recommend!”
