He went way above and beyond, taking the time to help with setting up my new phone and transferring all my data. All the while he was charming and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable in the store. He also helped me remove my pop-socket from my old phone and put it on the new one, which I really appreciated! “I'm honestly upset I hadn't found this place sooner! A friend of mine told me they'd be attending the grand opening a day before my birthday on December 12th, 2018. I didn't forget the name because my Dad's name is Joe, lol! I used to shop at Walmart and HEB but was looking for a store with mom approved prices. I decided I'd give Joe V's a shot! The first time I stepped into the store I knew I would never go back to the other grocery stores! Almost everything is HEB products at discounted prices! Iv'e bought not only quality food, produce but also kitchenware! They have air fryers, utensils, dog food, beauty products, hair products, and so much more! During the pandemic and during hurricane season I know I can count on Joe V's to always be stocked or restocking! The employees and managers are always so helpful and looking out for their customers. Truly a great place to shop.”

“Customer service here is awesome. I am a truck driver and my phone got ran over by while I was getting unloaded. I rely heavily on my phone and I was in need of a replacement quick. I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup very quick. When I arrived at the store there were customers being helped and other customers ahead of me and I was able to get in out and back on the road in a timely manor. The gentleman helping me was very polite and he checked to ensure that I had everything I needed and answered all my questions.
