“Setting the appointment was super easy and the phone was repaired and ready within the hour. This is the 2nd time I have used this business for a claim. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of damage to the phone both times.
The first time, they set the phone on something hot that essentially melted the back a little, pointing it out himself. I believe he offered to fix it, but I respectfully declined as I didn't want to deal with it at the time.
This time, same phone, the guy pointed out that there was some damage on the back bottom right corner, but said it was there before which was believable. The second I handed the phone to my daughter who waited in the car and wasn't privy to that conversation instantly pointed the damage out and said it wasn't there before.
This was for a Samsung A32 so you could imagine why I didn't care so much about a small cosmetic issue. However, I imagine it would go differently if they had damaged a significantly more expensive device. So, for users with a more expensive phone, proceed with caution and maybe take photos of your device before and after dropping it off.
Both times, I had scheduled for the earliest appointment. I had to wait a lot longer for the store to open the first time, so just know they open late sometimes and schedule for a later appointment.
Would I use them again despite these issues? Yes.”

He got me moved over to my husband’s line super smooth, also with 1k to go towards my old phone bill!! We left super happy and got everything we needed and plus some! “I went to this store earlier today and I met Jonathan. Jonathan helped me get my phone turned on with the bring your own device and switch. Jonathan thoroughly talked me through the Boost Mobile App and was extremely nice and courteous. He also told me that if I needed any help or had issues with my service to come back so he could help me out.”

My wait was less than 5 minutes. Diego was the associate that assisted me in getting my phone replaced. He was so helpful. He was very informative and patient with schooling me on all the details of all the phones that I was interested in. His service was amazing! “I'm honestly upset I hadn't found this place sooner! A friend of mine told me they'd be attending the grand opening a day before my birthday on December 12th, 2018. I didn't forget the name because my Dad's name is Joe, lol! I used to shop at Walmart and HEB but was looking for a store with mom approved prices. I decided I'd give Joe V's a shot! The first time I stepped into the store I knew I would never go back to the other grocery stores! Almost everything is HEB products at discounted prices! Iv'e bought not only quality food, produce but also kitchenware! They have air fryers, utensils, dog food, beauty products, hair products, and so much more! During the pandemic and during hurricane season I know I can count on Joe V's to always be stocked or restocking! The employees and managers are always so helpful and looking out for their customers. Truly a great place to shop.”
