“We visited Public Storage on Center Street Deer Park, TX where we met Aerial, who was kind, patient, good listener and very helpful. Calling her she if she is in the office she answers with a smile in her voice. Leaving a message; she is pretty quick at returning a call. She showed us a couple of units, walked us through concerns. It was a great experience working with her.”

“Mrs. Carol was so nice and accommodating. We called I guess a general Public Storage number and for whatever reason we weren't allowed to see the storage units. We got a hold of her and we went within 10 minutes and got the storage unit we needed with no pressure. She showed us around and explained everything. She also made sure we understood their storage unit features and allowed us a test run. She was amazing! I'm glad she is staff at the Public Storage we are now renting. Thank you Mrs. Carol for your patience and your kindness! I feel we can count on her to answer any questions. :)”
