I really needed to do some shopping for a trip I was taking the very next day, but traffic had delayed my getting to the store until 15 minutes before closing. She was very helpful and didn’t try to push me out before closing, she took what was a very stressful moment for me and turned the day around by being helpful and finding the right clothes. “After looking at 32 stores for new workout shoes, we finally found a pair that worked! Jareco (I'm so sorry cuz I know I spelled that wrong) helped us find the perfect pair for my husband. The process was extremely helpful and thorough. They have you walk without shoes to evaluate the way you walk in order to determine what type of shoe you'd need, after carful evaluation, they size your foot and bring you several pairs to try. Jareco was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. You even get a "punch card" so you buy 6 pairs of shoes and get 1 free! Wonderful experience and really appreciated Jareco's assistance!! Highly recommend! (Sorry again for misspelling your name. You're awesome!!!)”
“After having a rough day at work, the last thing I wanted was to interact with more people. As soon as I stepped in, Noni and the team gave me the warmest greeting. Went in to look for a gift and Noni knew exactly where to direct me. I was approached by another team member and they weren’t pushy at all, rather inviting and brought great energy to my shopping experience. I had questions and asked another team member for help and received the same helpful kindness that everyone else gave me. I love this store for many reasons but the consistency of the Zumiez shopping experience is amazing. I went in for one gift and ended up buying three. “A cozy little chain retailer that offers womens wear and accessories. The staff was friendly and helpful. As usual the store was neat and well organized, and the dressing rooms are open. It's currently offering a 25% discount on some items. It wasn't too crowded at the time of my visit, and none of the associates wore masks. I browsed and was able to locate a beautiful floral dress that I really liked! I plan to visit again in the future.”

“Prices and deals are great when you have multiple children, on a budget, or just looking for a great deal. They were very busy last time I went with a very long line. It moved quickly though and workers were very helpful as soon as I walked inside. You can order in the store what they don’t have on the shelf’s. It took up to 3days to get shoes I have ordered on 2 different occasions.”

“Customer service was magnificent! Justin helped me pick out my first pair of hoka shoes and he did an amazing job. He recommended inserts for my plantar so here I am giving them a whirl! You do have 30 days to come back and switch inserts to a different brand if you don’t like them. I really loved the feel of my hoka shoes and the support on my inserts are just what my foot needs for my all day standing job. I wore my new shoes out the store, super comfortable!
