“Customer service was magnificent! Justin helped me pick out my first pair of hoka shoes and he did an amazing job. He recommended inserts for my plantar so here I am giving them a whirl! You do have 30 days to come back and switch inserts to a different brand if you don’t like them. I really loved the feel of my hoka shoes and the support on my inserts are just what my foot needs for my all day standing job. I wore my new shoes out the store, super comfortable! Come see Justin for his amazing help on your next pair of new tennis shoes!”

“Took the grandkids in sat 6/28 around 1pm to get some shoes and I am very impressed with the help we received from the manager working that day. She was very helpful with getting the kids sizes and getting them the propper fit for them. You don't see alot of great customer service like that anymore so I want to give a shout out when I see it! Great job and great staff there!”

“Lots of stock! I don’t know if they scanned our biometrics when we went in but the music was fantastic. Rod Stewart Every Picture Tells A Story, ELO Mr. Blue Sky, and so many more. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and tried on lots of shoes, replacing them in their boxes on the shelves. Suggest others do so! I like that they have wide sizes too. Dressy, running,,walking,pickleball, you name a sport, they’ve got the shoe for it. Check them out!”
“I brought my 80-year-old grandmother shopping today to update her wardrobe and a young lady by the name of Nicole was so helpful and respectful to my grandmother, she went in the dressing room and helped her with the clothes and went and picked out more clothes to help her find exactly what she was looking for. Her manager, Miss Sandra was awesome. She also came to help and answered any questions that we had and they also helped my grandmother get re-sign up for an account and explained everything thoroughly to her. I cannot say enough about the staff at this location. If you have a loved one in elderly person that you need to take shopping, I recommend this place if she has a woman.”

But she was helping a customer and went as far as calling other Cavender's Boot City stores to help find the right size in the style the customer was looking for! In my opinion, that is great customer service and it's rare these days.”
