“Pleasing shopping experience in this store on FM775! Unlike most DG's I've visited, there were a good number of employees available and I was greeted in multiple areas of the store by friendly people who seemed genuinely happy at their job. The store was well stocked and I will definitely be visiting more often.”

“I just read a review that really criticized the pharmacy at this location as well as the store itself. I gotta say, I'm really surprised because every time I've used the pharmacy, or the grocery side, I've gotten exactly what I needed. So here is my take on the situation. Our H-E-B has probably been here for a while, and what YOU have to remember, is that this used to be a small town, where this H-E-B was perfect for what was needed. Now that the town is rapidly expanding, H-E-B has to expand also, which can cause some inconveniences. So sometimes it's hard to keep stuff on the shelves, especially during the holidays. Don't get your panties in a wad if it's not there, give them a little time to restock it, or ask someone if they have what you need in the back. The folks that work there are amazing and are always willing to help. I love this H-E-B, and all the folks who work there and thank you from the bottom of my heart”

“Great " smaller " HEB ?my 98 year old friend and I did not have any problem navigating the store. The one thing that would make it better, is an online directory by isle. Those were common in grocery stores in the past but are not available any longer. You can have an overview of the isles, their numbers and items found in each. It would have enabled us to go directly to the isles we needed and skip the ones we didn't. We had to stop at each isle and read the sign to find out if we needed items from this isle. I have to read the sign to my friend since she cannot see herself. I would think this could be easily done and made accessible on the app. A friendly staff member overheard me reading off the signs to my friend and asked if she could help but we were not able to find anything on the app to help with this problem. ??”

“Normally I get my cigarettes in my hand along with the receipt I had to go back to the store to ask the cashier were they left behind she was very nice and I felt bad because they iAre usually handed to me and I put them in my purse. THe Manger had to look at the tape and told me they were put in a bag so I went THREW all the bags and FOUND THE RECEIPT AND cigarettes were put in a BAG with cold DRINKS .I felt horrible to even question the cashier .”
