H-E-B Pharmacy is ranked #1 in customer satisfaction. The team is amazing, incredible, helpful, and treats patients with care and compassion. They are good, kind, respectful, and extremely helpful, with a willingness to problem solve and deliver first class customer service. Most experiences are pleasant. However, there is feedback on their process for partial fills, which can be more hassle than it should be. There was also a recent, shocking concern regarding a missing pill from a medication. Overall, this pharmacy is very much recommended.
They were able to fill my rx 10 minutes before close. Amazing.

There is a lady in there by the name of Delaney who was tremendously helpful in every step of me getting my prescription information. Shes the best, ask for her. (As a matter of fact, EVERYONE ONE there was incredible) if u have another pharmacy location... change it) this team is amazing!

They are good. I'm glad they're there. I would like to ask that they work on their process for partial fills. If they don't have enough inventory to fully fill your prescription, it's more hassle than it should be to get the remaining units for the partially filled prescription.
