“H‑E‑B Fuel has made strides in upgrading their pumps to offer a more modern and efficient fueling experience. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a notable drawback: the lack of sufficient lighting on the updated pumps.
While the enhancements to the pumps themselves were noticeable, the absence of proper illumination made the fueling process less convenient, especially during evening hours or in low-light conditions.
Navigating the pump interface and reading important information became a challenge, potentially leading to inconvenience and frustration for customers.
Despite this setback, H‑E‑B Fuel continues to provide quality fuel and convenient service, and with some adjustments to the lighting, they could further elevate the customer experience.”
“The station has indicators as to which one of the 16 pumps is open. Red pump for occupied, green for unoccupied. They are also known for long hoses to reach the opposite side of the vehicle.”
“What is there to say about this place except that it's a self serve gas station only with no attendant but you must have a sam's card or debit/credit card so lines move along at a good speed as long as everybody behaves themselves.”

“Easy access to the main street and also the hwy. I was in need of gas and washer fluid. I went into HEB first and they were sold out, so luckily the fuel center had it. Inexpensive fuel most of the times, so definitely fueling up again when needed.”

“Love this! This HEB has a unique healthy living section, and it's perfect . There aren't too many stores near work; this is the closest to us in the Tobin Hill area. Everything else is either a gas station or taqueria. They offer fresh everything here, along with an assortment of protein snacks, energy drinks, and tons of keto and gluten-free options.”
“It seems to me to be a very interesting place, with a good price to refill the fuel your vehicle needs, pumps in good condition, a large number of refueling stations in a good location and with good entrances and exits so as not to get congested when visiting it. In general everything good”

“A good gas station to visit and fill up your car, you clean the pumps, the place looks clean and the most notable thing about this large chain of gas stations is its affordable prices, low compared to its direct competitors since here you find the most economical fuel I really like to recharge at any branch of this chain. It is highly recommended to visit it.”
“This place is great- quick and efficient.. friendly service and probably the only full service gas station you’ll find left in town.. the owner is hard working and seeing his efficiency at the full service gas pumps while checking all the fluids and tire pressures is a lost art, all while working other services and repairs for other cars! “The Managers, Clinton and Becca, helped me out with an issue I had with a purchase I made a couple of weeks ago. They was super friendly and very understanding. They really didn't have to help me, but they did. This HEB is super close to my work. I usually shop at the one in Alamo Heights, but this one is really convenient for stops during and after work. The area is a little sketchy, but the staff and security are always present and attentive. Great management and great employees!”

“Usually one of the cheaper options. Way way way way cheaper than Valero right there on Bandera and 410. . You can also pick up a soda from the vending machine or get assistance with any issues (because there is a person working there.)My complaints don't merit a reduction in rating, but here they are nonetheless:It's right at the entrance, so pay attention because the traffic can get.a little cluttered at times. Also, no car wash :/”
“Store is a little small but they do have a coke machine and pretty much any place with a coke machine and it actually being filled with most of the flavor options is a top rated location for me. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of how cramped the area to get a fountain drink was. But the employees were friendly and quick with getting people through the line.”

“We got some gas which was about the average price in the local area. We used the restroom which was clean and probably needed minor attention. We got some fountain soft drinks and the checkout was quick and easy. The only real issue was that the gas pump did not give a receipt. We needed the receipt as this was a company vehicle. The whole purpose of paying at pump is to not needing to go inside. We went inside anyway but this is not always the case.”

“I can't say enough good things about the QuikTrip near Sea World! This place is an absolute gem when it comes to convenience and service. Not only is it conveniently located near Sea World, but it also offers top-notch amenities. The gas pumps are always clean and well-maintained, making fueling up a breeze. Inside, you'll find a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and essentials, all at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience every time I stop by. Whether you're a local or just passing through, QuikTrip near Sea World is definitely worth a visit. Five stars all the way!”
“It's funny how one day, I visited an H-E-B Plus purely by accident, and it felt like I was in a Fred Meyer up in Washington state. Yet on another day, I visited this H-E-B Market, and it felt like I was in a small, but cozy, Sprouts Farmers Market. That's not to say this was any worse than the H-E-B Plus. In fact, it might be better because it has a more neighborly feel than the larger H-E-B locations I've been to, including the Plus of course.I actually wanted to stop by earlier in my trip because it was closest to my hotel in downtown San Antonio, but one, the parking lot was full when I tried to go the first time, and two, driving around downtown San Antonio is *painfully* slow! Luckily, with this store having such a more relaxing atmosphere in spite of the lack of certain merchandise, I forgot about all the trouble I had driving here, which included a portion of Flores St being blocked off for some reason.This H-E-B is on the southeast corner of Flores and Cesar Chavez Blvd. There is a gas station here, so you can fill up on both groceries and gas here, which is convenient. In fact, this location is closest to the Corporate Office on Main Ave just on the other side of Commanders House Park. I suppose if you want to complain about your experience at this H-E-B Market, you could walk two blocks south to the corporate office, though I wouldn't recommend doing that if it's 100+ degrees outside lol.At a previous H-E-B, I got a coupon for $2.50 off Catalina Crunch cereal. I was hoping to use it at this location, but with how much smaller it was compared to their counterparts, I wasn't surprised that I couldn't find the cereal, even with help from an associate named Robert. The associates, unless they are new, shouldn't have any trouble helping you find what you need. I did, however, find a nice bag of H-E-B trail mix that I thought could have been useful for the trip back home, so I got a bag of that instead.When I went to check out at a self-checkout, my credit card declined! This was the day after the chip on my card got locked up, thus rendering it unusable for the remainder of my trip. Danny, the associate at the self-checkout, saw me expressing my exasperation and didn't hesitate to help. He couldn't get my card to work either, so I had to use a backup card. At first, it didn't work either, but the second time was a charm. I appreciated how he stepped in to help out before I even asked. Remember what I said about neighborly feel? Much appreciated! :)Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by here for all your grocery needs as long as they have what you need; otherwise, you'd have to go to a different location. I also want to mention they have a nice little patio just outside the market so you can enjoy your just purchased food there. I think it's meant for customers getting a pizza at South Flo, but really, you shouldn't have a problem eating anything else there.”
“I had an unexpected situation at the gas station when I locked my keys in my truck. I was in a bit of a panic, but two incredibly thoughtful and helpful ladies (whose names I regretfully lost) came to my rescue. One kindly let me use her phone to call for roadside service. They also kept me informed with constant updates on the arrival time, which was a huge relief.
Their friendliness and willingness to help me in a stressful moment meant the world to me. I apologize for not remembering their names, but I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to them. Their excellent service is something I won't forget. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance!”
“Great place for quick stop and go with a drive up window, no need to get out of the vehicle! Gas prices are comparable to other stations. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Block away so it's convenient for me. The wall is always updated with artwork and is usually very good! Small store but very well kept up! Open to 11:00 pm most nights with weekends open till midnight. Great stop and go store and gas station. On 24th and Martin streets. Very well lit for your safety.”
“This HEB is pretty standard. Very good selection with lots of different options. Staff is pretty friendly. Definitely very packed. All a lot of the time. The parking lot is usually pretty chaotic. They usually always tend to be stocked up and always seem to have a lot of different options, especially the ones that are new on the market.”

“Is always busy that sometimes they have only one registered open and the line is all the way to end of the freezers. one other thing that bothers me is that they never sanitize the keypads were u use your debit card is always dirty, u never know who doesn't wash there hands or how dirty is, especially with all this COVID going on... you may never know? I been coming to this Store for a very long time since 2012, and I see it has made alot of changes but I know you'll can do much better.”

“Clean and convenient. No fuss - get your fuel and be on your way. I usually stop here en route to the office when I have to be onsite that day. As a Walmart+ subscriber, I also get $0.10 off per gallon. It only adds up to be like $1 per fill up, since I usually get fuel at half a tank every two weeks. So that's $2 a month, X 12 months = a case of beer. (^_^)”
