“Multiple shops refused to work on my 2023 Tundra due to the hood being aluminum and having a panoramic roof. Another shop even proposed to use bondo. I had given up looking for shops in Austin and started looking out of town. Then I found David and he fixed what others wouldn't touch (and no bondo!)! I also got it back in a day and half. Fantastic job and well priced! Also, friendly local family business.”

“They are awesome. Someone had hit my WRX door, it was a slight scratch but was a visible one. I was not using insurance and was dreading the cost to fix the scratches. Found Rennan body shop near me using Google search. Stopped by asking for an estimate, the lady came out, asked me wait a few minutes and got Charlie to take a look. Charlie came out looked at it and went back in. He came back with a rag and wiped the scratches off like magic. I asked them how much I owed them and they said we are all good. They are awesome, highly recommended.”

There was some lack of communication in the beginning concerning lead times on parts, however once I called Ryan, the GM, and expressed my concern, he looked into the problem and quickly resolved. I am pleased with Ryan’s urgency to get our vehicle in for repair and communication was greatly improved. I really appreciated the weekly updates. When we picked up the vehicle, it looked like new and Ryan was actually doing some finishing touches for an exceptionally satisfying pick up.
