“After my initial review of Caliber Collision, Scott, the General Manager, personally reached out to me to address my concerns and clarify a misunderstanding involving a staff member. I really appreciated him taking the time to listen, explain the situation, and offer an apology.
Scott also went a step further by offering to take a look at the issue I am experiencing with my vehicle and provide some assistance. I was able to arrange to drop my vehicle off so they can perform a diagnostic and determine what may be causing the problem.
I appreciate the way Scott handled the situation. His willingness to communicate openly, address my concerns, and work toward a solution changed my overall impression of the experience.

“Someone hit and ran causing damage to our SUV in a parking lot here in town. I made an insurance claim and selected Whitaker’s for the repairs based on the positive online reviews. They didn’t disappoint. Jose and the team there in Lakeway did a fantastic job dealing with the insurance company and repairing our vehicle in reasonable time. As usual the insurance company kept pushing back in an attempt to save money using non OEM parts etc. Jose did a fantastic job of staying on them and successfully procured all OEM parts for the repairs, all the way down to the proper badging replacements on the liftgate.
Hopefully we have many years before having to deal with this again, but when that time comes, I’ll be calling Whitaker’s again. Thank you team!”
