“I’ve been going to the Lakeway USPS location for well over 15 years, and overall I’ve consistently had very positive experiences there. Nine times out of ten, I’m greeted by friendly staff who know what they’re doing and are genuinely willing to help.
One employee in particular, Tangie, made quite the positive impression on me during a visit last week. Professional, personable, and very helpful.
As far as USPS post offices go, I would absolutely give this location an A rating.”

“I've been a loyal customer at the Lago Vista Post Office for over 5 years, and the service here has consistently been outstanding. Thomas is usually the one who helps me with my envelopes and packages, and he always treats me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. The entire team at this location is friendly, courteous, and truly dedicated to providing excellent service. It's rare to find such reliable and positive experiences at a post office—thank you to Thomas and the whole crew for making every visit a pleasure!”
