“You kinda have to know what you're doing when you get something from five below. I've had a few dud purchases, but the staff has never given me a hard time if I need to make a swap or something. I have a lot of fun getting items and testing them out to see if they match up to more expensive brands. My most recent failed test was the $20 robot vacuum that only seemed to go in circles and didn't stray too far from the same circle. I was hopeful for the random directions and picking up what it could. My latest positive was the $25 35lb adjustable kettlebell. I really like this thing and it's been used daily since. Just a couple examples.”

“My favorite thrift store! Upscale is FULL of great finds at good prices!!! I have gotten SO MANY THINGS there for years now!!! The place is smaller then the others around town but I like that because I don’t get overwhelmed. They have already narrowed all the good stuff down for you. Plus, the profits benefit Denton County Friends of the Family. This program is so good because it not only helps the battered but also provides help for the batterer too. Thank you for serving our community Upscale/DCFoF I posted some pictures of cute stuff I’ve gotten there. Lots of name brand stuff! And fun things to put together for great gifts!”
“This is a hidden gem of a store. The store was fairly clean and organized. I do say expect some general chaos of how items are stored on the shelves, but overall the aisles were not cluttered and kept free so movement was unrestricted. (Aisles were wide enough for wheelchairs and walkers). We found tablecloths, books, kitchen appliances, christmas dishes, toys, and so much more at reduced prices. Im excited to go back and find other hidden gems - make sure to sign up for their free rewards program.
Also-they have a pretty large selection of canned goods, shelf stable foods, spices, mixes, etc. It's a nice option for budget conscious individuals!”

“I am from out of state and came here to look around for some swimming stuff. The store was nice and clean. Compared to my local big lots this store had lots of stuff. The staff was super nice to us. We kinda held them up because it was closing time but they were super nice. I would definitely come here again when we are visiting.”

“I normally would shop at the Dollar Tree in Lewisville, but last time I vowed to never again go there. It's a filthy dirty mess! Soooo, today I drove to this location and they have me as a customer for life. It's spacious, stocked, organized and clean. I know better now than to shop somewhere that's disgusting to be in.”
“Each five below has different things, every 4 or 5 months they change several products. If they have seasonal products for Halloween, Christmas and Easter. Yes there are things for $8, but they are few. Most are $5, and few are less. If they are Chinese products, there are things of good quality and others of very low quality. Pay close attention.”

“They're a rearranging the place and for the better you had to get your compass cuz they've changed stuff one used to be in one spot and now another just got to get yourself oriented with the place but other than that I was in and out with no problem there wasn't a big line I did I personally wear a mask when I go out to places . And the employees were helpful the place was clean and shelves were full so definitely come back”
“The customer service is exceptional, often times I am helped by Georgia, Isai, or Gene (The other employees are fantastic as well. I've just forgotten their names!). They all do an amazing job. They have very caring employees here who are friendly and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. This location is very clean, recovered, and organized. You can walk down the aisles with great ease.

“One of the best Dollar Trees in North Dallas. It's a Dollar Twenty-five Tree, so low reviews are not surprising but 1. Dollar Tree is better than Family Dollar or Dollar General. 2. Try the Dollar Tree stores in the Frisco area up and down El Dorado (423, DNT, Preston): they're depressing and this location is much much better.”

I can't remember the lady's name that checked me out at the register but she was very nice. On my way out I spoke with the manager Marquita and expressed my gratitude on her staff. “Every time I go into this store the Manager Keith store#7050 always seems to go out of his way, and an extra mile to help me, and I see him helping other people to. These days we need people like that. Some get overlooked, some is tolerated, and not celebrated. But this Manager the way interact with his customer & people in general needs to celebrated. He goes beyond. I need water and they didn’t have it in the shelf yet, the shipment just came, but went out his way to get me 2 gallons of Purified drinking water. I APPRECIATE him so much!! Keith if you see this please keep doing what you are doing, because you are making a difference. God will surely REWARD you! Thank you for you willingness to go out your way for your customer’s.
