“This USPS is not too busy and provides locker service too. There’s a US passport service center also with photo facility. The staff is nice and provides all kind of postal services. There’s ample parking outside and the store is clean. We always trust USPS for all postal and shopping need with reasonable price.”

“I will only speak from my personal experience. USPS Flower Mound has been very helpful with my packages being lost or delivered to another residence. They follow up promptly and I appreciate our delivery person. Our packages are delivered to our doorstep with proper care when the weather is horrible. When I visit the post office, lines can be long but the employees are pleasantly nice. I haven't had anyone rude to me or I haven't experienced it. (and I would send out a lot of packages). They work very hard with insufficient staff and just wanted to say we appreciate you.”
