“I was moving across the country and was loaded to the brim in my Jeep. As I started driving from Dallas, I quickly realized that my car was not going to be safe for a 12 hour drive as things were blocking my visibility in my side mirror and rear view mirror. At 7:52 PM I made a Hail Mary call to U-haul and explained to Christopher Cudjoe that I needed to get a trailer quick as I knew the store was closing in 8 minutes. Chris waited for me when I arrived around ~8:10 and was super helpful. He was a life saver. Wanted to make sure his service was recognized!”
“I picked up a Uhaul from this location today. The manager was incredibly friendly and patient. There was also a young woman waiting for an AC issue to be resolved. The mechanics tested everything and found it was just a dashboard light issue. They were helpful and didn't try to up sale her on anything.”
“We had a truck replaced, the serviceman was not very friendly, maybe he didn't drink his coffee in the morning and that's why he was sad. Overall, the location is convenient. There are a lot of trucks in stock, the truck was replaced quickly and professionally. The guys are great.”
“The staff here is excellent. When renting U-Haul products, they generally have what you need in stock, and when they don't, they work hard to get if for you. Too, the people are helpful and knowledgable about all of their rentals (I have been to other locations where the knowledge level is lacking. The facility is clean and the service is completed in a reasonable amount of time.”

“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”

Jacoby was wonderful from start to finish - helping me understand the contract terms all the way to connecting it to my hitch - also my first time using my hitch. He was attentive, kind and thorough. I wish there were more service oriented employees like Jacoby! He made my experience pleasant and stress-free.”
