“7-19-24 Lakeisha really helped me a lot even though she was on register she accompanied me to to men's shoes to discuss my husband's upsize because of a pointed-toe style. She was very smiley and I really appreciate her help. The shoes fit great! We will be returning more often to our local JCPenney.
2023 Roland was a big help when I called customer service today! His precise instructions helped me a lot. He was very professional and kind on the phone and because of his help I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning my package. Then in store Nora was very knowledgeable and helped me with brands and sizing to help me get in and out in a timely fashion. Thank you JCP for hiring such knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will continue shopping at my local JCPenney.???”

“My husband and I bought a patio furniture set at the Lake Jackson Big Lots store. The store mgr John actually was the person who helped us and he was great! The next day after we started assembling the pieces we ran into a problem. Luckily, when I called the store I spoke to the furniture department manager William who was so nice and helpful. I was able to run to the store and retrieve what we needed to complete the assembly. Thank you so much William, you and the other employees are the reason we continue to shop at Big Lots in Lake Jackson, Tx.”

“I want to thank the employees working last night. I had to do a last minute grocery trip. I got there right before closing. I accidentally left a couple bags behind by mistake while tending to my toddler. I tried calling, but it was past their closing hours. I for sure thought I'd lost my purchases, but this morning when I called they had them waiting for us. Thank you so much for always keeping it stocked. This is our favorite store and now to add on you have amazing workers who were able to check the register and find the items. It means a lot to me and my family.”
“Nice and organized store with sweet employees. As for the clientele...(the demographic) there is some lackluster people. Men and women here's a PSA on behalf of some zoomer mom's that just so happen to share the same melanated skin tone as you: leave my baby and my toddler alone. I do not appreciate the freaks who gawk and stare at my children, the ones who feel especially entitled and actually try to coo at my youngest need a wake up call because I am not your friend and you are in fact a stranger to me and my family! Stay clear of a small family(who is simpling trying to shop in peace) whom you do not know personally or beware of perhaps getting t@zed. (Joking,for legal purposes.)”

“It's a very well kept, clean, tidy, uncluttered & well maintained store (on both sides: T.J. Maxx & Homegoods), it is extremely common that there is a wide range & variety of Merchandise to choose from & most all of the Associates are very friendly & welcoming! It's never a surprise for them to go above & beyond to make sure that you have had the best shopping experience possible & that you are walking out of their store happy, smiling (even laughing) & with a sense of fulfillment from your shopping experience!”
