“Best customer service around! Battery went dead in our truck while we were at a Paschal High School football game with the kids. Tow trucks couldn't get there for over 1 1/2 hrs and we live in another town. Husband walked over to pickup a battery. Hugo went above and beyond for us. I was greeted when I walked in he pulled up my appointment, knew exactly which battery to get and double checked that it would work in my car. Then I got money back for my battery (which they dispose of), He was kind informative and very quick. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a new battery in my car. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.”

On the way to that location we passed O'Reilleys as soon as we walked in Jose took care of us so well. He got us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. It's experiences like this that make us still believe there's still good people and good business.”
