I chatted with who I assume is one of the owners, she was telling me the story of their business and how it has been family owned and operated for 80 years. While chatting she noticed that I was wearing a ring (not purchased here) and offered to clean it for me for free! The battery replacement price was very fair and super fast. It was a lovely and wonderful experience, turned something very mundane into an excellent interaction.”
