“I don’t remember the employees name but my husband and I came into this store on 1/10/25 to replace my husband phone that broke. This employee went way beyond the normal customer service. There was a problem with the switching of his phone number but in the end she went way beyond what she had to do to make sure everything was resolved and worked out! I will find out tomorrow her name bc she did an awesome job!”

But do keep in mind if they say they will fix your phone within a certain timeframe and someone else comes in willing to pay more, they will put your device on the back burner and have you wait longer.”

Yet, it is not an Apple problem!!! Anytime we have had an email problem, this is the store to contact and to rely. I was in there today - email problems. Restored!
