I went to the Verizon store Bailey Boswell Rd., Thursday afternoon and had a great experience with Megan who helped me out exchanging my phone and getting a new one.

I went into the store with major issues on my phone turning off and on by itself. The person I was doing business with raya and she was a beast helped me with everything including set up,screen protectors and had no problem with answering questions and getting me the best deal I will always go to her for help or problem... read full comment
