“We came in from out of town to be fitted for ski boots. We were immediately helped by a kind salesperson, until the boots person, Carlos, was available to help us. I am not easy to fit and had a lot of apprehension about how successful we would be getting boots. Carlos was knowledgeable about his products, patient through the process, made many adjustments, and kept this process relaxed. “5 Star Review for Justin at Sun & Ski's Bike Department.I recently bought a bike online (not from Sun & Ski) and had an issue after assembling it. I gave them a call to make sure I could bring a bike in for service that wasn't purchased there, and Justin told me that was no problem at all.When I got to the shop, Justin greeted me and provided great service immediately...no wait at all! While my needs weren't the most complicated, Justin took the time to give me tips/advice on my new bike. I was very happy he wanted to inform me about some things I may not yet know as a fairly new rider. I did not ask him any specific questions, he just told me the information he felt important as it came to him. I am very appreciative of your helpful and positive attitude, Justin. He even checked on and adjusted some simple components that I didn't come in for, which again I am extremely grateful.So if you need bike service, or if you need a new bike assembled and/or setup, the guys here will gladly help you out.A+ service and attention to detail. “Newly opened and one of the first stand alone stores in DFW, it's usually a mall store. This place is huge!! Lots of things to chose from. Has a really nice (half) basketball court to play on. The shoes are arranged based on their category. Lots of clothing items to choose from. I'll def be be coming back in the near future for my shoe needs.”

“The store is easy to view. It is right on the corner. You can get to it, pretty quickly. I like the posters hanging on the windows. The models are very attractive and look nice in the TCU clothing. If you go inside there's a poster of girl who looks a lot like Ashley Simpson. They have a variety t shirts, fleece, sweatshirts, childrens clothes, baby clothes and even a clearance rack. The store is really clean and well organized. The shirts are folded just perfectly. It is so nice to look around. The girls that work there are very friendly. Crystal is really pretty and humble. The Owner's name is named Ric. He is an incredibly nice guy. He reminds me so much of Pastor Robert Jeffress. Stop by and let me know what impression you got.”

“This place is absolutely fantastic they sold me my football equipment in the folks were certainly helpful and I am glad they fit me with what I needed and correct sizes and even helmets they've also had various elections equipment for school districts and colleges a little something for everybody that's the reason that I like it here items are also high quality certainly better than what you would find at Academy or other sports retailers because this place sales in bulk but they can also sell to individuals if needed”
