“My favorite place in the West Austin area. We’ve been living here for almost 3 years. It has a resort-style atmosphere. Sometimes there are noisy neighbors at night, so I’d recommend getting a top-floor apartment to avoid noise.
Sound insulation between apartments is not the best, so it’s also important to be considerate of your neighbors. It’s better to avoid jumping or making heavy noise, and rugs help a lot with sound reduction and maintaining good neighbor relationships. Also, maybe save late-night karaoke sessions for the weekend, even if you have an amazing voice or think you’re a superstar :)”
