“The last time I was in this jiffy Lube, I was so impressed by how attentive and friendly they all were. I needed my oil changed again, so I came screaming back in at about 1min to 7 pm yesterday. The doors were still open, and I asked if they could do one more. The manager, Latroy, was the only one there and said, "Sure, come on". OMGosh, two times in a row, several months apart, and again, amazing service. Bravo, way to go. BTW, he was telling me they now have an inspection person; yay, we don't have enough of those; I'll need that in a couple of months.”

“Saw people filling up and pulled in. Filled my car...and there was no receipt tape. Found they weren't actually open on Sundays, which it was. Was not able to get my receipt for my business trip. Not their fault, but might try somewhere else if you're on a business trip on a Sunday and need a receipt.”

“Very pleased with this visit to Sun Auto for an alignment. I brought my truck to them after dealing with another local shop, Don Rucker Tires, on multiple occasions to remedy their alignment job. The other shop insisted their work was good and the fault is mine (my tires/driving habits/perception), but the alignment specs as discovered by Sun Auto were shown to be well out of the proper range, causing the symptoms I was experiencing. They worked with me to get the specs to where I want them (not just "if it's green it's good") and where I'm happy with it. The truck drove noticeably better as soon as I pulled out if the driveway. I'll trust coming back here for another repair after this visit.”
