“A+ - Came in for an inspection. Inspection was done in less than 15 minutes, super quick. Staff was super friendly and gave me a discount for an upcoming oil change. Didn't try to upsell and just performed the inspection quickly. Top notch.”
“Someone hit and ran causing damage to our SUV in a parking lot here in town. I made an insurance claim and selected Whitaker’s for the repairs based on the positive online reviews. They didn’t disappoint. Jose and the team there in Lakeway did a fantastic job dealing with the insurance company and repairing our vehicle in reasonable time. As usual the insurance company kept pushing back in an attempt to save money using non OEM parts etc. Jose did a fantastic job of staying on them and successfully procured all OEM parts for the repairs, all the way down to the proper badging replacements on the liftgate.
Hopefully we have many years before having to deal with this again, but when that time comes, I’ll be calling Whitaker’s again. Thank you team!”

“Lakeway Lube has been my go to vehicle maintenance shop for years. Recently they went above and beyond to cement my confidence in their commitment to customer service. After my vintage Jeep Grand Wagoneer had been sitting for several months in the garage and only 300 miles since last oil change, I found a large puddle of oil under the car, and in checking the drip stick found the level was well above the full mark. Concerned a gasket had been damaged I called. After explaining I couldn't bring the car in due a resent ankle replacement on my right foot and I can't drive. Without hesitation they agreed to send a technician out to check it out. John came in less than a hour to my home checked it out and with no questions or hesitation said he was going to change the oil and filter and get topped off to correct level. Fortunately it was only the drain plug gasket that was leaking. John did the work, started the car to be sure level and leak were corrected. We had a good conversation about old folk joint replacement and love of vintage cars.

They called to inform about timelines and to approve repairs when something we didn't discussed popped up. Tire repair was done in 40 minutes, engine repairs that needed parts was done within the same day. They're super efficient!”
