“I’ve been going to the Lakeway USPS location for well over 15 years, and overall I’ve consistently had very positive experiences there. Nine times out of ten, I’m greeted by friendly staff who know what they’re doing and are genuinely willing to help.
One employee in particular, Tangie, made quite the positive impression on me during a visit last week. Professional, personable, and very helpful.
As far as USPS post offices go, I would absolutely give this location an A rating.”
