“I had a package that said delivered yesterday but I didn't get a key to open the parcel box. I called the post office this morning and Gina answered. She was so friendly and helpful, even gave me her number to call back if I didn't receive it today. She took my info and gave it to the driver. Instead of leaving at the mailbox cluster he hand delivered to my door. Thank you both!!!”

“Post Office finally decided to take walk-ins at this location, as well as, other PO's acceptance locations.This one... just like others offering three days Tuesday, Wednesday (10am-11am) and Saturday (11am-12pm.) This only fits 12 people per week.I was waiting in line with my couple of parcels when an emotionally unfit guy along with his wife started to show their true colors when they didn't get their way. Clerk explained that they were already finished with their given 4 walk-ins for the day, but he broke his phone threatening the employee that he will post his face all over that internet for not taking them in. Don't know what made this customer think that he is "Privileged".Either PO just needs to finish doing walk-ins or post clearly on their website that it's only 4 slots per day first come first served.I have used many PO's locally. This location isn't bad but seems like management is an issue here. It's not employees who are the problem, seems like a manager and supervisors can't get their game plan right to staff the place sufficiently to make it run like a well oiled machine.”

“I have hada box at this post office for about seven years . I have had nothing but good and patient service and long term employees which I know. I have witnessed some of the frustrated complaints which often are based on a misunderstanding of the client not the postal worker and I felt they were handled in a professional manner. The poor rating in Google is not merited.”
