“I am blown away by how professionally this location is ran. I made an appointment last night and bought the tires I needed online. I show up to the location 30 min prior to my scheduled time and Jacob greeted me. As soon as I mentioned my online appointment he knew which tires I had bought and all the extra information I had put on it. The estimated wait time was 1 hour but they knocked the whole thing out in 24 minutes. Ernesto gave my keys back and explained all that was done and I was on my way. The whole process from entering the store and leaving was less than 30 min. That’s for all 4 tires being replaced and everything that goes along with that. I am extremely happy with the service and def would recommend this location. Thanks again to both Jacob and Ernesto.”

“I have to be honest, I’ve been getting my tires from Sam’s Club for less for years now but they recently ran out of the tires I wanted so off to Discount Tire online I went. I found the tires, close to the same cost (Sam’s was cheaper, but again they were out of stock) and Discount is only 10 minutes from my house.After making my purchase online, I scheduled my appointment for the Bee Cave location since it’s close to home and I got a courtesy call once the tires were received by the store. I also received two other calls attempting to get me in before my scheduled appointment date which was kudos to them for trying but just didn’t work out with my work schedule.When it came to installation day, I walked into the store and saw a line of five people and immediately thought, “oh boy, I’m going to be here a while”. However, they had plenty of staff on hand to work right through the line and get to me within minutes.I was checked in by a very happy and enthusiastic young man and given a quoted time of 1 hour for my installation to be completed so I grabbed a seat and prepared to wait. To my surprise, 30 minutes later a young man came into the lobby telling me that my vehicle was ready. Now that’s good service!From start to finish I’m impressed with how the process went and even though it cost a few bucks more I don’t regret not waiting for Sam’s Club.
