“Always appreciate the professional and kind service at Lambs in Beecave. We have used them for years and I trust Nathan to be honest with us and he always takes plenty of time to explain things thoroughly to me. We have several cars and we have done oil changes and routine maintenance there, as well as get new tires when needed. We just brought our 2012 Tahoe in that my college son drives and he has to drive 5 hours to school soon and want it to be safe. He did not suggest tons of repairs at all- simply said what we should consider and he helped us prioritize. Todd and the additional staff are also helpful. I definitely recommend them! :)”

“I’d like to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Jose, the manager at Discount Tire on Hwy 620.
I discovered a flat tire on my truck, and fortunately I had a certificate on that tire. The damage was on the sidewall, so it couldn’t be repaired. To make things more complicated, my spare was so old it disintegrated when I tried to use it. With no usable spare, I couldn’t drive the truck to Discount Tire, so I hauled the flat tire there in my other car.
Jose took it from there. The identical replacement tire wasn’t in stock, so he arranged to have one brought in from another store. He also recommended a more economical tire to use as my new spare. Once the first new tire arrived and was mounted, I could bring the truck in to address the remaining issues.
Jose then suggested a smart, cost‑effective plan: use one of my remaining older tires as the spare and mount both new tires on the front of the truck. Discount Tire even called me in ahead of my scheduled appointment when their workload opened up, keeping everything moving quickly.
Bottom line: Jose guided me to the most economical solution, coordinated the entire process efficiently, and kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service from start to finish.”

“Fantastic group of guys here! They were so helpful with our battery issue. We ended up having to take it to the dealer to get the prorated price (since it is still under warranty) and they didn’t charge us. How sweet was that! We will certainly be back for our next car issue. And to top it off, Matt is an absolute angel. We’re in the parking lot trying to jump the battery with a new battery jumper so we could take it to the dealer. My husband was having trouble since this was his first time with it, and Matt walked out to the parking lot and helped him with it, explaining what to do when it’s completely dead. I wish the world had more people in it like Matt! That just made our day! Thank you guys so much!”
