So you're going to leave out the part that David also told you the same thing. The system tracks every battery return thru the SERIAL NUMBER. However the associate only had so much clearance to deny it. If the system says denied it's not the associates fault for denying the return. Also doesn't help that your wife was throwing a hissy fit as were you. The associate stated she’d call the police because Ann was screaming and making a scene. You should learn Walmart policies and procedures before going off on someone that's doing what they're told. If you didn't like the outcome go to another Walmart. I see that your shop is in Killeen where there are 6+ Walmarts. Why couldn’t you go to one of them?? Probably because they would have or already had said the same thing.
I can say this because said associate was my supervisor at one point but she was nothing but the BEST. Ask any employee there or higher up, heck even customers, and they’ll agree. So how about yall go and throw your hissy fit somewhere else and stop harassing employees that are only following policies and procedures.”

They have a lot of riding buggies for handicapped people which I really appreciate.
