“Nancy and Jenny came to the rescue when my battery was dying in a road trip. It was late in the afternoon so I was worried we wouldn't be able to find a place that could help, but we did a Google search and found that Oreilys will sell the battery and install it. When we arrived it was about a 10 minute wait for assistance but then they worked diligently on the issue (and my Nissan battery was NOT an easy one to get out) for the next 45 minutes.”
“I don't know who needs to hear this but there's a real professional manager on the Lake June location by the name of Tony, and let me tell you, this guy deserves a 5 star applause, not only did he help me with my alternator twice but 3 times and directed me to a great mechanic to perform the job, I need yall to go check Mr. Tony out and tell him I said hello and thank you.”

“This is one of the best locations I’ve been to around Oakcliff. The employees are so nice and kind and always help me with everything I need. AJ is a good manager and Lucero I have came here so much I learned their names. I love coming here all the time every single time I need something for my car I always know that I’m gonna go to this O’Reilly I saw a review that didn’t sit well with me and felt the need to comment on the true character of the employees in that store. I appreciate this O’Reilly so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“The manager Cruze (sorry if I misspelled it) was so helpful. I called and wasn’t sure I was understanding the gap tool for spark plugs and was needlessly worried I’d break them. She was so patient with me explaining and even went to get to same tool to help me better understand. Never once did she get frustrated with me asking so many (probably really dumb) questions. Her level of knowledge and experience in the industry paired with the level of patience and kindness is very rare to find. Made it go from stressful to just a process to take step by step. Thank you”
“Went in yesterday needing some brake fluid. Guy behind the counter(didn’t get his name, but young dude with a mustache) was super helpful and very friendly. O’Reilly’s has a great employees with this one. Bonus points for having a huge parking lot I could drive in circles testing my brakes.”
