She was able to immediately help me look up the correct filter size, based upon all the info about my car's engine size, make, model, etc. I was able to get in, boom - get my filter, and get outta there! It was like visiting with one of those NASCAR pit crews, they were so fast and professional. I had come in after visiting with Auto Zone down the street, and I gotta say, this ORLY is such a better auto parts shop- better customer service, cleaner store and parking lot, well lit interior, parts on hand. Wowie! I price was similar to what the competition was charging, but the level of speed and service was well worth coming into O'Reilly.”
