“I had my battery checked by Enrique. He discovered that the battery was bad. He also had me aware that my battery would have expired tomorrow night at midnight.

“I told my wife to go here and purchase a terminal cleaner and a 10mm wrench to take care of an electrical issue my truck was having. The battery needed cleaned up and the terminal connections get a little loose sometimes.
Colton, the store manager, happily gave my wife a terminal cleaning service and tightened up the terminals. She said she went in and was leaving 5 minutes later, fully satisfied and fixed. His service was exceptional!”

“The manager Cruze (sorry if I misspelled it) was so helpful. I called and wasn’t sure I was understanding the gap tool for spark plugs and was needlessly worried I’d break them. She was so patient with me explaining and even went to get to same tool to help me better understand. Never once did she get frustrated with me asking so many (probably really dumb) questions. Her level of knowledge and experience in the industry paired with the level of patience and kindness is very rare to find. Made it go from stressful to just a process to take step by step. Thank you”
