“I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Repair in Dallas. I contacted their team last Friday about replacing the hybrid battery in my 2010 Toyota Prius. I live in Shreveport, Louisiana, so I really wasn’t sure what to expect as far as scheduling, installation, or how complicated the entire process might be. To my surprise, they immediately took care of everything and scheduled a technician to drive all the way from their Dallas location to my home in Shreveport on Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM. At exactly 8:00 AM, just as promised, Dillon pulled into my driveway ready to go. Before he touched the car, Dillon took the time to answer every question I had and confirmed that he had brought the exact battery I requested. He also explained the warranty to me—a full 24-month replacement warranty with NO mileage cap, which was extremely important to me since I put quite a few miles on my Prius. Once all of my questions were answered, Dillon went straight to work. His knowledge of hybrid vehicles was obvious from the beginning. In about an hour, he had completely installed the new battery, reset all of the codes, checked everything over, and even took the Prius out for a test drive to make sure everything was operating exactly as it should. My entire family was impressed. It is rare anymore to have someone show up exactly when they say they will, be extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, do the job correctly, and leave you feeling completely confident about the work that was performed. Dillon did every bit of that. And then there was the price. I had always heard horror stories about what it costs when a Prius needs a hybrid battery, so naturally I had been dreading the day I finally had to replace mine. Greentec’s price was much lower than I ever anticipated, especially considering that they sent a technician from Dallas all the way to my driveway in Shreveport and completed the entire job right at my home. After this experience, I will never be afraid of dealing with a hybrid battery replacement again. As long as I can call Greentec, I know exactly who I will be using in the future. A huge thank you to Dillon and the entire Greentec team for making something I had been worried about incredibly simple and affordable. You absolutely earned a customer for life. If you own a Prius or another hybrid and are worried about replacing the hybrid battery, call Greentec. I highly recommend them and truly cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with the entire experience. Five stars without hesitation.”
