“First time taking my baby here today. She’s a 3 year old American Bulldog. I love the energy of the staff & vet. I didn’t feel rushed and pushed out although I was 5 minutes late for the appointment (I apologize staff). All of my concerns were taken into consideration. And they waved the office visit because we got vaccines. Never been anywhere that did that. Last place we took her was pet smart and we had to drop her off and go. I don’t like that. I love the intimate experience of being there because my baby can’t speak up for herself.”
