“My Jaxson was taken there after an incident at Puppergarten. They took GREAT care of him. I spoke with the doctor prior to his surgery, she explained everything and assured me he would be fine. He was!! The young ladies I visited with during pick up were friendly, engaging and were still loving on my Jaxson. I was greeted when I arrived and taken care of quickly. I have no complaints!”

They are a fun bunch yet they take each animal and their unique situation seriously. Dr. Jaffe welcomes questions and concerns as well as being taking her time with issues that are not so easy to diagnose. Receptionist Amber is amazing! Always give you a smile, welcoming, goes above and beyond. I'm so glad she's there and a wonderful asset to the Countryside team. They show sincere compassion at times of loss, and celebrate and love on the new additions to our family. They all have our respect. I drive an hour one way and the trust and peace of mind is so worth it. Looking forward to the completion of new building as well. :-)”

“Amazing vet!!! He is very thorough and insightful beyond whatever questions or concerns you have for your pet. He is also great with urgent matters. He has helped my old dog so greatly with eye issues and arthritis. My cat recently got injured while jumping over a fence outside, and the vet set aside time when the office was closing soon to give her emergency stitches and internal muscle surgery, all within 2 hours or so. He really cares about your pets and wants to handle any issues as best as possible!! I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone!!”

“Took my fur baby to Banfield Pet Hospital in Dallas. I suspected my baby wasn't feeling well, so I wanted to get him checked out. Staff was great, unfortunately he has lymphoma. Dr Shari Bohanan, Conner (going back to Tx A&M tomorrow) and Brandon were so reassuring when I brought my lab in for a needle biopsy for a tumor on her leg. They were efficient, professional, kind and reassuring. I got a call from Dr Bohanan a few hours later explaining our options.
