Best Buy is a store with a clean look and a good vibe. It offers great gadgets with excellent food and great price options. The customer service is excellent and incredibly helpful, with staff offering assistance to get customers in and out fast while satisfying all their needs. The Best Buy membership is totally worth it and recommended, as it provides guarantees on devices and special prices. There can be problems ordering online with certain credit cards, which may require in-person payment at the store. Parking access is friendly for larger vehicles.
Best Buy used to be a great place to shop, not only for the variety of products, but for their friendly and knowledgeable workers. Nowadays you can roam around for hours and nobody comes to help you.

Always love coming here the staff really know what they are doing! First of all they know everything about computers and helped me fix my computer which has had bios problems also a virus this one time... Second they go out of their way to look for the specific product you want.

Geek squad team is very helpful when you visit the store. Their call center is the worst and no way to get through to them.
