The customer service is excellent and incredibly helpful, with staff offering assistance to get customers in and out fast while satisfying all their needs. The Best Buy membership is totally worth it and recommended, as it provides guarantees on devices and special prices. There can be problems ordering online with certain credit cards, which may require in-person payment at the store. Parking access is friendly for larger vehicles.
I purchased a Corbra Dashcam that was not working properly. After several months of issues Best Buy made it right. I am very pleased with the results.
