“Jesus and his partner at 5108 McPherson location were awesome and helped me in purchasing and activating my new iPhone. Total process must have been 20-30 minutes. Great conversationalists and great environment. I had previously gone to the 7815 McPherson store with Karolina who didn’t have an iPhone 14 Plus in stock and referred me to the 4311 Clark Blvd store as she was advised that they had two in stock and could set one aside for me. When I arrived and spoke to Amanda, she said that they didn’t have any more of those phones in stock and that she never told Karolina that they did and that she must’ve misheard her. Her associate then offered to call other stores to see if they had any in stock, he called three stores and then said that none of them had any. That’s when I called other stores myself and was able to have Jesus and his partner set aside one for me :) Very happy with the purchase though, but not the up and downs I had to go through to get it.”
