The employee was very helpful and patient. She is the go employee for all phone needs. Amazing customer service is described. Every time a customer goes she is very attentive with everyone coming in. She has well mantain that store. 5 starzzzz yay. The guy there is very educated and friendly but they barely have anyone working. The poor guy was working on lots of people at the same time. The guy was very friendly and very patient.

Great Customer Service , The associate by the name of Kassandra was helpful in getting my father's line setup . I was on a short budget and she offered me a good quality phone with a great plan. She explained me everything what Spectrum didn't sadly do. Thank you .
