“Ez Pawn loans way more for gold jewelry than buff-..... well, than the competitors. For an 18" 14Kt diamond cut gold chain they loaned me $1,760 (the maximum amount allowed for any loan) plus another $615 for the 14kt gold cross accompanying it (no circonias, ruby's, emerald's, etc. just all yellow gold) total loan amount $2,375. The "competitors", if they can even call themselves that, would only loan me $1,300 for both (chain & cross pendant). I know it might differ depending on what you pawn, maybe Ez Pawn loans less for tools, shoes, boots, etc. however this review is based on my specific experience pawning my specific jewelry. The difference between $2,375 and $1,300 is just ??? *jaw dropping, drooling like a newborn*. Thank you Ez Pawn Saunders!!!! F.y.i the dudes on Mcpherson next to RMPersonell can suck my jewels ??? oh, and any Ez pawn I been to has loaned me the same amount so it's not as if it's a "oh he's a regular, loan him more" kind of thing.”

“I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident I witnessed at the Target on San Dario in Laredo, Texas 1/22/26 at 4 o’clock I observed an employee from the pick up division speaking into a customer in an incredibly loud rude and aggressive manner. “Jesus and his partner at 5108 McPherson location were awesome and helped me in purchasing and activating my new iPhone. Total process must have been 20-30 minutes. Great conversationalists and great environment. I had previously gone to the 7815 McPherson store with Karolina who didn’t have an iPhone 14 Plus in stock and referred me to the 4311 Clark Blvd store as she was advised that they had two in stock and could set one aside for me. When I arrived and spoke to Amanda, she said that they didn’t have any more of those phones in stock and that she never told Karolina that they did and that she must’ve misheard her. Her associate then offered to call other stores to see if they had any in stock, he called three stores and then said that none of them had any. That’s when I called other stores myself and was able to have Jesus and his partner set aside one for me :) Very happy with the purchase though, but not the up and downs I had to go through to get it.”
