The staff is always the most friendly and very diligent, making sure everything works like clockwork. However, there can be inconsistencies with procedures. Customers have been told they cannot scan a provided barcode label and need a QR code instead, and that they should bring items already boxed. There have also been several times when no personnel are available to receive pallets with merchandise in the afternoon, leading to wasted time. In one instance, a clerk was kind and helpful in identifying a potential scam for a customer.
