“I’ve used The Back Porch Mail Center several times, and while the service itself is generally quick, there are a few issues that really need improvement. Every time I pick up packages, I’m charged a fee without any clear explanation of what the charges are. I’d appreciate a transparent breakdown before being asked for my card — otherwise it feels misleading. Another challenge is the language barrier. I don’t speak Spanish fluently, and it would help tremendously to have bilingual staff. Earlier this week, a representative hung up on me three times when the conversation got complicated because of the language issue. That’s not professional, and it made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. The location is convenient and the process can be smooth, but clearer communication, better transparency with fees, and bilingual support would make a big difference Update after speaking with management: I had a follow‑up conversation with the management team, and I appreciate that they took the time to listen and address my concerns. They clarified the fee structure in detail and provided the names of several bilingual staff members who can assist when language becomes a challenge. That information alone makes future visits much easier. I felt my feedback was genuinely well received, and it’s clear they’ve taken steps to address the issues I mentioned. I’m glad to see the effort, and I’ll continue using their services with more confidence moving forward”
