I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store on San Dario Avenue in Laredo. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was positive and welcoming. The young gentlemen working there were professional, friendly, and genuinely happy, which made the entire visit enjoyable.
I needed to ship an item that didn't fit a standard box, and one of the employees went above and beyond by customizing a box specifically for my shipment. He took the time to make sure everything was packed properly and securely, which gave me confidence that my item would arrive safely.
Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this team definitely delivered. Their positive attitudes, willingness to help, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this UPS Store location to anyone needing shipping, packaging, or other services.”
